Raccoons
We specialize in humane trapping and removal of raccoons. As one of the larger animals, we remove raccoons are typically found in trash cans dumpsters but reside in structures such as attics or hollows near water. Raccoons tend to be attracted to areas with food such as outdoor cat food or dog food and areas with lots of insects or trash. They can be quite destructive with their feces when they reside in an attic resulting in thousands of dollars in damages. Prevention is always the best solution for raccoons. Raccoons also typically reside in family units and when you have one you might have many. They can and will attack backyard pets such as chickens and cats. Squirrels
Typically, we have two types of squirrels in north Texas. The predominant brown squirrel and the lesser gray squirrel. Brown squirrels are infamous for causing all sorts of damage to homes in Texas. They gnaw holes in soffits and eaves of roofs. Brown squirrels bring in material and build nests in attics that defecate inside your structure. If you can hear squirrels, you most likely have them. They tend to make a lot of noise and once inside a structure can create multiple areas of concern. We specialize in the repair of squirrel-damaged areas including restoration and repair. Squirrels usually enter roofs through the soffits or gables where they can find a spot to gnaw an entrance. Sometimes due to improper roof drainage, these areas become water damaged allowing for easy access to the structure by the animals. Physical damage such as limbs and wind can also expose a cavity for squirrels to move in.
Squirrels although rarely carry rabies can cause a lot of problems for pets. They carry Demodex mites which are transferrable to humans and fleas. Squirrels are probably the most destructive to the home and can result in hundreds of dollars in repairs. We specialize in physical deterrents trapping and removal of squirrels.
